High performance DC motor for variable speed and servo applications
M8000 is a a high performance DC motor. Originally developed for various hydraulic pumps and traction applications running high torque and power. The motor features very compact size, high power density, with high starting and continuous torque. M8000 utilizes High Energy permanent Magnets and thus is lighter in weight and much more efficient than a traditional series/shunt wound motor. Simple and reliable, the motor often used with DC Power supply such as battery. M8000 is easily transformed into high performance servomotor by adding a feedback device.
