Semitool, now part of Applied Materials, is a world leader in making semiconductor manufacturing equipment. For over 15 years, Potomac Electric has been proud to support end users in semiconductor assembly by repairing and refurbishing hundreds of Semitool servo motors and drives.
We pride ourselves in saving our customers money in maintaining and running of current and obsolete machinery. Potomac Electric is also continuously working on developing replacements for obsolete or very expensive parts. We will update the list as more replacements become available. The table below shows the motor for which we currently have a replacement. It was originally manufactured by Pacific Scientific, now part of Danaher.
