MCS (MOTOR CONTROL SYSTEM) - INTEGRATED SERVO-LIKE MOTOR DRIVE IN A SINGLE NEMA 56 FRAME
Mechatronics Systems Developed the MCS Family Of Products To Meet The Growing Marketplace Demand for Integrated VFD Motor Drives.
The MCS combines a high-performance motor and drive in a single, compact package. In fact, the MCS has the size of a standard NEMA 56 frame AC induction motor but is significantly shorter while delivering the same power output.
The MCS family of integrated VFD motor drives is compact due to its superior efficiency compared to the AC induction motor and variable speed inverter combination. It also delivers exceptional energy efficiency, enhanced torque, and high performance even at low speeds.
Mechatronics Systems motor control systems are the top choice for replacing DC brush motors in both new and existing applications. The MCS family of integrated (VFD) motor drives delivers the performance of a brush servo motor while eliminating common issues such as large size, brush maintenance, and limited high-speed operation.
The MCS is ideal for variable speed DC and AC induction motor applications and processes. For new applications, you'll benefit from its small footprint, easy wiring, high torque, energy efficiency, and excellent low-speed velocity control.
Our integrated VFD servo-like motor drives are designed for a wide range of applications, including smart conveyors, robotic vehicles, centrifuges, metering pumps, mixers, linear actuators, small power CNC spindles, and plastic moldings—and much more.
