BMC3500 Series Brushless Servomotors for Low and Medium Inertia Applications

The BMC3500 series of high-performance AC servo motors is the newest addition to our motor product family. Featuring one of the industry's smallest footprints, the BMC3500 combines high-energy rare-earth magnets with an efficient magnetic and mechanical design to deliver exceptional performance. Engineered for demanding industrial servo applications, the BMC3500L offers low inertia for high-speed machine designs, while the BMC3500M provides higher inertia for stable operation in legacy machines and position-control systems.
 

All BMC3500 Series brushless AC servo motors are available in a range of custom configurations designed to meet the requirements of new applications and aftermarket support. Featuring a powerful, compact design, the BMC3500 Series serves as a direct form, fit, and function replacement for several servo motor brands, including Ametek (MCG), Rockwell International, and Parker.

BMC3500 brushless AC servo motors are available with Mechatronics Systems servo drives, including the uUSD. We also design custom servo drive solutions for cost-sensitive applications, incorporating only the functionality required to meet specific performance and control requirements.
