Capabilities
mUSD is an ideal single-axis drive with an extended set of functions and an embedded graphical programming system. It enables the creation of applications for a wide range of technological processes that require fast setup and operation.
Features |
Benefits |
---|---|
Field weakening mode |
Extended speed range of motors. |
Integrated PLC with graphical programming language |
Adapts to the logic of technological processes without an external PLC. The program can be created using block diagrams, text, state machines, or algorithms, utilizing any events and digital or analog inputs to calculate position, speed, or torque commands. It also supports digital and analog outputs, along with access to all drive parameters. |
Auto alignment |
Compatible with most servo motors and supports commutation with various motor feedback types. |
Internal shunt resistor |
No need to use additional hardware, 100W resistor is built-in. |
Included PC configuration software |
Enables fast tuning for various motor types in auto or manual mode, drive coordinate monitoring, parameter adjustment, a 2-channel oscilloscope, and system diagnostics. |
Fault and event log |
Non-volatile memory stores event history during drive operation, with time stamps and sensor values (temperature, DC-bus voltage, load current, etc.). |
Configurable protections |
Includes protection against following error, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, I2T, overtemperature, and hall sensor faults. Fault reset modes: auto (with automatic motor start) and manual. Four modes of fault indication and stop. |
Acceleration/deceleration profile |
Linear, S-curve, and optional acceleration limitation. |
Built-in generators |
Quick tuning of velocity and position regulators. |
Ethernet auto-search mode |
Quick connection to the drive and easy configuration. |
