BMC3500 Brushless Servomotors for Low and Medium Inertia Applications

The BMC3500 high-performance AC servo motor is a new addition to our motor product family. With one of the smallest footprints in the industry, it features high-energy rare earth magnets and a high-efficiency magnetic and mechanical design. The BMC3500 is engineered for tough industrial servo applications. The BM35L variant offers low inertia for new high-speed machine designs, while the BM35M variant provides higher inertia, ideal for the stable operation of older machines and position controllers.

Both the BM35L and BM35M are available in a range of custom configurations, designed to meet the needs of new applications and aftermarket support. With its powerful and compact design, the BM3500 series serves as a direct Form, Fit, and Function replacement for several motor brands, including Ametek (MCG), Rockwell International, and Parker.

BMC3500 motors are available with Mechatronics Systems Servo Drives, including the BSA series. We frequently design custom servo drives for cost-sensitive applications, implementing only the necessary functions. Please contact our Application Engineering team for specific requirements.

All our products are proudly made in the USA at our Boston factory. Mechatronics Systems is committed to providing a fast turnaround for our OEMs and end-user customers. Our motors can be customized to fit your exact needs with tachometers, encoders, resolvers, brakes, and gearboxes.
